Therapy Inquiries I currently have telehealth openings for individuals and couples living in California. Beginning in early 2026 I plan to start offering in-person sessions in the East Bay (Berkeley/Oakland). For a free initial consult, contact me by email or phone.

Fees & Scheduling

Rate Psychotherapy 50 minute session: $180 Good Faith Estimate

Payment Type Payment is accepted via debit/credit and FSA/HSA cards (using Square's payment system). I do not currently accept insurance or provide superbills for reimbursement.

Office Health Practices

I strive to make my office as accessible as possible for those with chemical sensitivities and/or who are chronically ill. To this end, I run a HEPA quality air purifier in my office to reduce fragrances and air-borne viruses and ask that we all agree to the following guidelines:

Scent Policy  Please help me maintain a low-scent environment by arriving to sessions as fragrance-free as possible. The East Bay Meditation Center’s guide on Fragrance Free practices is a helpful resource to consult in this regard.

Covid/Illness Please refrain from attending sessions in-person if you have any flu/cold/covid symptoms or know that you have recently been exposed to Covid. My policy is to shift to telehealth (Zoom or phone) for psychotherapy sessions in such instances.
